Sinotruk Malaysia Sdn Bhd has appointed dealers in Prai, Klang Valley, Johor Bahru, Kuantan, and East Malaysia with their own central workshop and spare parts facility in Kapar, Klang. Additional Dealers and satellite service stations are being appointed as and when required to support the growing number of Sinotruk vehicles in Malaysia, with a number of strategic locations identified for appointment in 2012 to ensure nationwide coverage.

The Company operates a 24 hour emergency support team which can be contacted on +6012-3401801. The team has one ambition and that is to keep trucks on the road recognizing that downtime costs money for all our customers.

Genuine spare parts are used for all vehicles and the Company keeps over 2,000 line items valued in excess of RM 1.0 million.

The company offers a comprehensive warranty of 100,000 kms or 1 year and is preparing to offer extended warranty options to customers who wish to cover for a further period or mileage.
