| AAI was formed in 1967 as an assembler for Mazda and Peugeot. The company started assembling Mercedes Benz trucks, buses and passenger cars in the 1970’s and continued to assemble quality vehicles for Mercedes until 2005. Following its acquisition by Mikani Holdings in July 2008, AAI became the sole assembler for the Sinotruk brand in Malaysia. |
